Since arriving in Los Angeles, CP has accomplished many things. He landed recurring characters on Empire, and performed on All Def Comedy Jam on HBO. He created and starred in, The D, a pilot for TBS, and hosted MTV2’s clip series, World Star TV. Not to mention, Powell is set as a series regular, opposite Brett Dier and Amit Shah, in CBS’ multi-camera/hybrid comedy pilot, History of Them.

Chris ‘Comedian CP’ Powell is currently recurring as ‘Ned’ on the critically acclaimed Comedy Central series, Detroiters.

Chris “Comedian CP” Powell is currently starting pre-production for a pilot he’s writing and starring in for Adult Swim. Prior to the entertainment business, CP was becoming a rising star in the advertising world.
