Danger Cats Presents: The Danger Room – A safe space for dangerous ideas.
This is the BC debut of a show that has sold out 15 times in Alberta.
In an age when saying the ‘wrong’ thing is often vilified, this unique comedy show celebrates the darkest corners of what is funny. Brett Forte, Sam Walker and Uncle Hack will bring tried-and-true alongside brand-new material, to life, or just as good, to death! The Danger Room will encourage the crowd to reward or deride the comedian’s offerings and the same is offered right back to the crowd. Earn the respect and bask in the glory, or die a thousand deaths and become the story.
The Danger Room is Canada's most X-Rated comedy show and has gone to impressive lengths to ensure that attendees are in for a night they won’t forget. It’s the only show in the country that uses locking phone bags, meaning there are fewer distractions (and no recordings) for the audience. This also keeps the context of the comedy intact, a point that Forte says has strengthened the appeal of the show.
Brett Forte headlines April 2nd. He's been featured on Just For Laughs, The Hollywood Comedy Festival and most notably, he's been banned from the CBC.
